About the Founder

Isaiah Olateru

I love people and enjoy talking to strangers. I have a passion for mentorship and community building with a soft spot for outliers and neurodivergent talent. I am an avid sports fan, especially Liverpool football club - YNWA!

With a strong background in product, process design and data platform architecture, I have had the fortune of accomplished leadership both in public and private sectors across the globe.

Prior to starting 100Xponential, I contributed to Fortune 500 companies in the US as a Product/Design Engineer, advised successful startups, led innovative initiatives in the Canadian government, and most recently served as Vice President of Optimization and Transformation at a global finance firm with over $1 trillion in assets under administration (AUA).

I hold an MBA in Finance, a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with a design focus, and an IBM-qualified Machine Learning Engineer and Data Scientist. I hold multiple patents in the US and EU. I am passionate about leveraging data, behavioral science, and Lean/Agile methodologies to solve complex problems and deliver creative solutions. I am also a Gartner Ambassador in the Data and Analytics realm.
